Overpriced 15 dollars for a little bowl of rice and vegetables and a few pieces of chicken. And even chicken was not that good.... No wonder why this restaurant is among the most quiet restaurants in the food court. I could have gotten a 10 dollars meal forthe same thing at Shanghai 360. Stay away. Read more
I don't know about the other menu, but beef teriyaki was good.
I had a bad Teriyaki Experience. Honestly if only rating their food, I would give a one star -but the staff was very friendly.... The chicken teriyaki with veggies and rice, in comparison to their counterpart/rival (almost exactly the same main "teriyaki"menu as Sarku Japan) was really bad and bland. The chicken had no flavour to it other than the single-flavoured teriyaki(oddsweet-ish) sauce they put on at the end. If they actually added ingredients to flavour the meat and veggies while cooking, itwould taste a lot better. Definitely disappointed, will not be going back, sorry. Read more
I tried their poke bowl with raw salmon and it was delicious. Edamame, avocado, corn and cucumber accompanied the bowl and were... all refreshing. It was a generous portion for what you're getting. The owners are very accommodating and courteous. Service wasquick and friendly. Read more
I am very happy with the friendly staff and services at this location. I am in my senior age and waiting in line for my food.... There was an oriental gentleman wearing glasses I think he worked for the company or the owner who speaks good Englishapproached to me and told me to sit down and he will deliver the food to my table when it's ready. He suggested me a proteinbowl and that was a delicious dish. I never thought Teriyaki will go beyond and give me this kind of service . Wanted to try Teryaki Experience at Fairview Mall, I noticed it was newly opened. As my wife and I were looking through the... menu choices we sensed a lot of pressure from the man, and particularly the middle-aged blonde woman behind the counter. When wefinally decided against Teriyaki and began to back away from the stand, my wife was verbally mocked by the woman who startedmaking obscene faces at her. It is the most unprofessional thing I?ve ever experienced. After she began insulting us under herbreath to the man there. I was so uncomfortable I will never be ordering from this location again.
