The drink was nice but unfortunately my drink had a clump of HAIR in the tapioca. It was definitely not mine as I have black... hair and the hair in my tapioca was dyed orangey-blonde which clearly belonged to the one female worker at the store during thetime. I saw she was wearing a hair net so not sure how this could have happened but it was such a disgusting experience for me,I felt like throwing up and immediately threw it out. Couldn't notify the staff in person because I was already out the mall asI got the drink to go on my way home but needed to report this. I had a very pleasant experience at this store. I was on my way to get dinner but had a craving for something sweet and I came... across this Ten Ren's on the way out of Yorkdale. It was right before they closed too but the supervisor, Annie, told me thatshe can take my order before they closed up for the night! How nice of her! The other baristas were very friendly and asked meabout my day while they were cleaning up. I will definitely be coming back since they made my day. Read more

overpriced and bad service. came into order the ?deal drinks?, while the drinks aren?t horrible, i watched as they barley filled... up the cup even though we payed extra for a large. my friends hot drink was lukewarm and they didn?t give the correct change.when i went up because my little sister was short $5 she said ?oh yes i was thinking about that?. before that she looked at thereceipt to check the change, looked confused, and did nothing. so she knew she gave the change wrong and didn?t say anythingabout it. also the tapioca petals are sticky and hard.
