This place got me into bubble tea after so many failed attempts. The olong milk tea was amazing.
My wife goes here and she says the new staff here are nice, friendly and very accommodating to her preferences. I also really... like the way they make the tapioca here, it's not too sweet like others and has the perfect texture. Great quality tea as well. Read more
The guy at cash took my order where I specified I wanted my drinks warm, when I saw the girl at the back prepared it cold, I... told her I asked for warm, she said ?we only have hot or cold? and when I said I?d like it hot she bluntly told me the ?specialdoesn?t come in hot?, implying I?d have to pay extra for my drinks to be warm/hot even though there didn?t seem to be this issuewhen I placed my order. got a regular milk tea but took at least 10 minutes for the barista to make but it made sense since there were 2 people waiting... for their drink as well and he was the only worker at the shop. the milk tea also tasted pretty watered down, and the price wasnot worth the amount/quality ur getting. pretty mid Read more
Tea is good as usual. Store is recently renovated and now offers seats for customers.
The store is in the mall but located in a separate area from the food court. The service was very quick and easy. Similar to... other reviews there was only one person to take orders and make drinks - however it wasn't an issue for me since I was the onlyperson there at the time. That said, I can't understand complaints about waiting time if it was busier. I find that Ten Ren's isone of the pricier bubble tea places but the drink I ordered was enjoyable. I'd say this bubble tea place is one of the betterchoices within the mall itself but I've had better drinks at a cheaper price elsewhere. Read more
