I went there with friends. It was awesome spot to have bubble tea with friends. Very clean and comfortable space to hang out.... They have lots of options for bubble tea. Their waffles and cheese cakes are also amazing with different flavours you canchoose. Customer service is very nice, they were very friendly. I will definitely be a regular here. Read more
We ordered the brown sugar bubble milk, it was terrible! Don't order it. There was milk residue in it, it was tasteless. Also... very little boboa. The service was also horrible. We ordered 4 drinks in total. The mango drinks were ok. They use paperstraws so it was difficult to poke thru the drink cover, had to make several attempts before it can poke thru but then my drinkcover broke and spilled some. We asked if she can help us reseal a new cover on this cup but she said no. Finally aftercomplaining , the barista gave us a lid for the cup. This drink was for my son, since the girl won't help me put another coveron it, my son will definitely pour it all over him when he drinks walking out. Always a safe bet for Boba. They are the OG boba in the area. Teashop 168 always has good and consistent service. Bubble tea is... always fresh and ice cream with waffles is delish. This just happened after I went to see the fireworks on Canada Day 2022 at Mel Lastman Square. There were tons of people... leaving and I tripped over a hole on the ground and started bleeding. I went into the closest tea shop which was 168 where tonsof people were lining up to buy drinks. My husband asked the Manager to get some bandage for me. Despite of the long line,Crystal the store manager immediately came out and helped me to treat my wound first. I truly appreciate Crystal?s kindness andcare for anyone who comes into their store.
