I dont like their poke bowl, more lettuce and rice than anything. The worst part is the customer service for sure. I asked the... cashier some questions and her answers were blunt and not informative. I bought the tuna poke bowl and then bowl they placed it in wasn?t even half full. There was so little rice and the texture of... the tuna was terrible. Save your money and don?t buy food here. There was no flavour! Not a lot of flavourful toppings or sauce. I bought the spicy... salmon poke bowl that was 18$ with taxes. It was a small bowl with a layer of tiny pieces of salmon, a lot of lettuce, tinypieces of cucumber and mango, edamame and rice. The fish wasn?t seasoned well. The lettuce watered down the food. There was nosauce to accompany the meal to add flavour. It was the worst quality and most bland poke bowl I?ve ever eaten and for close to20$??? That?s a ripoff. Very dissappointed in Poke Bowl. Salad base was just iceburg lettuce and had to pick out lettuce pieces that had gone bad. ... Small portion for the price as well. Wish I had gone somewhere else for Poke. My recommendation would to avoid this franchise. Read more

Very disappointed with this Sushi Shop. Ordered 1 cucumber & avocado roll and 1 shrimp tempura roll for our kid for dinner. We... got home and she ate almost everything until her stomach felt bad. She had one bite left and we checked. The shrimp was RAW! Wespent the next hour with her throwing it all up. How could you not see how grey and undercooked it was in the middle? UPDATE(02/01/22) - Sushi Shop asks to send them an email to "discuss this further". It has been 48 hours since that email was sent andabsolutely no response. So, clearly, poor quality foods with poor quality customer service. UPDATE (02/03/22) - 4 days andstill no response after they ask me to send an email to "discuss this further". Decent restaurant for poke bowl in Fairview Mall. Friendly staffs. A bit overpriced but not harmful for the budget. The poke... bowl was good with the spicy tuna freshly made.
