I didnt get my order. I ordered through UberEats and got a message that they're 3 mins away but when I checked at the lobby,... there was no delivery. We gave instructions to leave it there. I can't call the restaurant, nobody answers and goes straight tovoucemail that had not been initialized. Need to get a refund but how? Read more

The meals here are authenticly Jamaican. The staff show Jamaican hospitality naturally as well and they are very professional.... Their signature dish for me is the Jerk Chicken. Really great and there is no wait. Hot and ready to eat. Read more

STALE/ROTTEN FOOD, UNSANITARY, STEER CLEAR! This place is unprofessional and unsanitary!! THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED! The food... is STALE! I witnessed first hand a worker attempting to mix the freshly cooked chicken with the old chicken from last night -which means they don't wash/clean trays in between days, or dispose of old food. It was another worker that intervened because Iwas there. They serve ROTTEN CABBAGE, DAYS OLD MEATS and BURNT FRIED DUMPLINGS. They also DON'T CARE to WASH THEIR SALTFISHBEFORE PREPARING, if you like a corned/extremely salty and numb tongue then buy it, otherwise STAY FAR AWAY!! Their Saltfish isclearly MIXED WITH OLD AND FRESH SALTFISH. Their oxtail is HARD, STRINGY AND HARD TO CHEW! Their Jerk Chicken tasted like it'sbeen SITTING THERE FOR DAYS. SHAME ON YOU "WORKERS" AT THIS SUNRISE LOCATION! Worse food i've had. The festival was not edible. Everything came cold except for the pattie that was warm. Dont know if its... just this location or all Sunrise restaurants, but wont be ordering from them again. No wonder they are doing buy one get onefree, no one is buying there food anyway. Dont do it. Terrible customer service. Very rude over the phone especially. Heavy sighs, loud intimidating type yelling. One of the... employees were on their break and picked the phone up and refused to tell the other employees to ensure to add extra side ofoxtail gravy sauce and hot sauce that I paid for which was missed the last I ordered and hung the phone up. Decided to support black owned businesses through Uber eats. The food arrived but was inedible. I called to speak to a rep, I... was told "sorry but there's nothing we can do". There's no policy for refund or fixing the issue if you aren't able to drivethere. What's the point of delivery of food in pandemic? When the rep put the phone down to get advise on next steps she burstinto laughter. So poor. Sadly disappointing. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went there about six weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon and there was this one... young lady (dreds/locks) who by the way I've had the pleasure of dealing with at the Jane and the Wilson locations, hence thereason I come to this location. I was so disappointed and upset at the service and her attitude that after I left, I called tospeak with the manager about what took place, but she stated that she's not allowed to give out that info... Now manager ofthis restaurant, this young woman SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AT THE FRONT DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. She should be in the back. I willnot be going to any sunrise locations in Toronto again not because of the food, but because of the horrific service that wasdished out to me, by this person that seem to work at multiple locations.
