I ordered two items off of the mobile app for pick up at 7:50pm, today. The manager was very rude. I asked where can I pick up... my order as it was my first time visiting this location. The manager looked at me up and down and turned her head as if I wasn?tspeaking to her politely. She seemed upset about other matters in the store but i didn?t appreciate the fact she took her angerout on me by ignoring my question. In my opinion, she does not deserve the management position if this is how she treats hercustomers. Someone evaluate her customer service skills please. Read more

I've visited this location a lot when I used to live in the area. I've moved since then and haven't visited until today, when we... stopped by for our cafe stop during our cycling trip, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service thismorning! We ordered two Americanos, one iced and one hot. Unfortunately they came out tasting slightly watered down, whichhappens and is perfectly understandable. My girlfriend and I asked the employees to rectify the situation, and they happily didso with no questions asked! They even remade the two orders, and ended up adding an extra shot of espresso to each order, andthe coffees ended up tasting great in the end. Thank you for the great customer service! Coffee is a big part of our cyclingexperience, so we really appreciated that. Read more
First of all, this review is only for takeout perspective. I personally havent dined in, and looks difficult anyways since it?s... not very spacious (unless patio is open, weather permitting). The staff I encountered were nice and the drinks were prepared ina timely fashion. Most importantly, for takeout, this location is convenient as it sits right on the Yonge and Finchintersection. All in all, I would come back for takeout orders. Read more
