I really love starbucks but this location treated me so bad! It was my birthday yesterday and i went to this location at about 8... pm. It was drive thru and i wanted to avail my birthday free drink. I had it on my app and i ordered a white chocolate mochawith brown sugar syrup. The barista ( for recognition- black girl in her 20s)on drive thru was sighed when i said i want toavail the drink. Not only that, she had trouble scanning my barcode and had the audacity to say, ? Is it really your birthday!?? i mean how rude was that! I showed her my ID and also offered to pay because i couldnt take the disrespect! I visit starbucksatleast once every 2 days and this is what u say to me!? Its not that I cant afford the drink, its just an offer starbucksprovides ! then she gave me the drink and instead of brown sugar syrup, she added cinnamon syrup ! I am Allergic to cinnamon!! Ihad to throw the drink and this spoiled my whole birthday happiness she was so rude to me that I didnt even want to go again!She spoiled my whole day and this is the first time someone from STARBUCKS did this to me. Staff are extremely sweet !!! And super helpful with helping me choose the order. I gave the three star because the music was... TOO loud and I asked them to lower it and they did briefly before putting it at the same volume again. Starbucks is known to bea place where people come to study and work so the loud music does not complement the reputation Starbucks has. Read more

A soon as i walked in i get a HELLOOO. I was taken back, am not used to such polite welcome. I order the wrong drink....I went... back to the cashier. He gave me the right one with no issue. I don't live in North York but I will definitely come back. Leefrom Brampton Read more

Tbh I have been here multiple times and have had good customer service (which is why I added a star). It?s too bad baristas here... (or maybe this one in particular) can?t make a simple drink. I ordered an iced passion tea, which I?ve been told by a Starbucksbarista is the easiest drink to make on the menu. And even easier the way I order it, no water needs to be added, pour straightinto a cup a few pumps of sweetener, a bit of ice and shake. So why did I get a cup of vile water?! No flavour, no sweetener,nothing but a bitter aftertaste of what I imagine regret tastes like. It?s time like these, I truly get people who freak out indrive thrus. Which is why I am posting this review instead of going back (completely inconvenient to do btw). I would just wantmy money back and not another drink,, and dealing with fake niceness in the name of customer service ? just do it right! If youcan?t do something simple right the first time, then it?s a no for me. I would say they?ve lost a customer but I know there areplenty of people willing to put up with disappointment in a branded cup and pay extra for it. Good for them. Enjoy your terribledrinks. One of my fave Aroma?s in the city. Located next to a flower market, it?s just a beautiful blooming setting. There?s tucked away... section with banquet seating to hang with your friends or for a date. The patio outside is booming. And there?s the generalusual area where you can sit and lounge with a cafe vibe. The food is delicious, the coffee and espresso is well made, it?salways a stop when I?m on my way. Read more

Usually a half decent location. But today at around 7:45PM I went to drive thru for my typical drink that Ive been getting for a... year and the girl had entered it wrong, refused to make the adjustment and was rudely adamant that she didnt make a mistake.Left without a drink. Never really experienced this type of rude manner at any starbucks before not sure if management needsimprovement as this is really not up to starbucks standards. Read more
