Super busy place, staff are efficient and friendly. Drinks are made and kept up with the demand on a Sunday. Sad to find out no... more pumpkin spiced foam, I think this request should be honoured if guests ask for it. Then you may gauge if you would updateyour menu offer. I was shock Starbucks Fairview sell 1 month old lemon cake and insisted the cake is still good. Got lemon cake last night as... today's breakfast. I asked to keep the wrapper (by accident) so I can carry it home easily. This morning, I saw the productionday as Sept 3, which is 1 month old. I called the store right away, and was told they kept bakery item in freezer for 3 months'only'. The staff even check the stock and confirm my cake is from the same batch, which is still good to consume. I am shockedand will never buy bakery items from Starbucks (or this location) EVER!!! I don't like food waste, but eating one month old cakefrom Starbucks freezer absolutely disgusted me. ???? PS: I called the head office. I was told they don't have the three monthsold freezer policy. The barista, I think her name is Rachael, served my drinks. Wasn?t having a great day but her enthusiasm has definitely made my... day better. Definitely will be dropping by the place again. However, one comment I have is that the place seems a bitunderstaffed since it took a long while for me to get my drinks. Read more

The worst Starbucks. Today I ordered a drink, but I swear I just drank a sip since the entire cup was ICE! Well, because I had... to drink only melted ice, here's my review on your expensive tap water...disgusting and it tastes like an old coffee. Zerohygiene... None of the staff members were wearing a mask or gloves, and they were talking while preparing drinks.(Obviously,they spat in every cup they prepared) Not organized! Read more

An update, previously rated this store 5 stars 2 years ago, posting in July 2022: I work in the mall, so I have been a regular... customer for years. Over the last 2 weeks of placing mobile orders I have noticed the quality of the drinks have severelydeteriorated. I would have ignored it if it was just a one off thing but no, my order was off 3 days in a row. They are givingone big block of ice in drinks labelled as ?light ice? (pictured) and not a lesser amount of the regular sized ice like theyshould. I thought it was just a mistake at first but this happened to me twice on two different days. Also, my (not pictured)matcha Frappuccino purchased on a different date was unfortunately a quarter water and tasted absolutely disgusting as it wasnot blended properly. I am very disappointed in this store and will not be returning until improvements to the quality of these(REALLY EXPENSIVE) drinks are made. Read more

October 2021. 4? if you have been to any Starbucks, the coffee and everything else is consistent which it should be. The coffee... is decent no doubt. The aroma and the levels of intenseness, sweetness and bitterness can be customized. The food items haverecently been shrunk I found. Smaller serving portions of foods make the bakery option seem a tad expensive. Being inside amall, this store footprint is smaller. However, the busy staff is still cheerful and helpful. Read more
