I have been coming to this location for months as it is the closest one, their drinks have always been hit or miss but at least... the service was good. Can?t say that anymore, the service staff refused to give me a bag with a cup holder to hold my drinkssaying it is only for Uber drivers, absurd as they have always given one in the past. If you can just go to the one on Bayview,better service and they always make their drinks much better than the staff here. I will not be going back. Read more
Thanks for giving me a faulty cup, could the one making the coffees not realize that the lid he put on the cup doesn't even snap... on the cup?? The lid has to snap on!?!?! It's common sense!!! Thanks to you the entire coffee went on my seat in my brand newcar, thank you! If you are making a drink you know the basics like putting the lid on right, so if my heated seat doesn't workanymore are you Starbucks going to pay for it???? Read more

One of the worst Starbucks branches I have ever been. Personnel are very nice and friendly, however they change frequently and... some of them don't really like their jobs. So you won't feel you're in a Starbucks with bunch of cool and friendly people, it ismore like a Tim Hortons that nobody cares about whether you come back again or not. I personally like to chit chat and makefriends when i go to Starbucks, this is the vibe all around the world actually. But at this branch, I really didn't feel thatway. Read more

First, I use to drink Starbucks a lot, and usually, I am satisfied wt their professional service. They didn't close the rid... properly, and I spelled it on my white shirt. More of a pit stop starbucks location than one where you can linger and lounge. Connected to a Canadian Tire gas bar. They do... have an outdoor seating area but not the best confines to have a conversation with a parking lot on one side and a busy stretchof Sheppard avenue on the other. Staff are pleasant and whenever I ordered through the app, my drinks are ready by the time Igot there. Read more
