Went with a bunch of girl friends for patio and all you can eat wings, service was very unattractive, took them a long time to... take our first order and we waited 30 mins for our wings, given the slow service, we asked for a 2nd round right away, ourserver immediately said no and claimed that the store manager will give a fist if we do that... and she continued to threaten ushow we have to pay extra if we don't finish and ReMINDED us we also can't bring them home... it was just a 2nd round ofwings.... anyways, aside from the bad serive, the food was also horrible, not only were they cold, but also dry as a rock.. oursoft drinks were flat... we asked for replacement which to no surprise, never come... not recommended to anyone, and will nevercome back! Went there after a lengthy gym session and after decided to reward myself after all my workouts and enjoyed a cold frosty beer... and amazing wings! Classic wings Medium sauce on the side and a perfect poured Guinness. Great service; I can?t express how Imuch I enjoyed being served my Meghan and by the friendly, professional and personable staff there. 1st time and will be backwith my fiancée? we enjoy great wings! The fries and dip are the best. Our waitress was so kind and efficient; I always tip well at their North York locations because... they?re not stingy with their portions. The sauce is the best. You cant go wrong when you go to St. LOUIS!!! The moment you walk in the door your greeted with a smile. Your promptly seated... with menus placed and asked what you would like to drink. The menu is easy to read and follow. Plenty to choose from whether itswings, nachos to burgers and fries. The portions are good and reasonably priced. All the stuffs are not behaved. They are very rude. My family and I arrived there at 9:15 PM and ordered our foods. There were... not crowded. We asked for water not received. They brought beers without glasses(we were supposed to drink with pitchers????alltogether) Then we ordered 2 separated bills. After one and half hour, at 11:00 PM we just received 3 of 8 orders. When I askedthem what kind of service it is!? I just figured out that the left foods were not cooked yet and orders went mistakenly to thekitchen. They brought us mistake foods and I told them 3 time to 3 different persons that it is not my order. Nobody picked itup. As most of the restaurants left the mistake foods on the table to make the customers happy and buy time for themself, my 7years old daughter ate half of this. When I received orders, my kids were too sleepy and couldn?t eat. Regarding the bills, 5times they put wrong lists of foods on the bills. I rewrote twice and they had same mistake. Instead of making us calm, thewaitress just shouted and had frown. I absolutely not recommend this branch. This is the worst restaurant experience I have had. Food: 1-star, cleanliness: 1-star, Service: -100 stars. As soon as we sat... down, we already noticed the tables and chairs were dirty and the menus were all greasy. We came here for ayce wings, but itwas falsely advertised at this location, as the waitress did not let us order a second round. The restaurant was not busy. There were a total of maybe 6 tables both indoor and patio, but we waited an hour for our wings to come, which turned out to beall cold, dry and burned. After the wings came, we wanted to order more since they took an hour to come, but she told us to eatall the burned ones first or the manager would get angry. So we did. As we were finishing up the burned ones, we asked formore, she still gave us a hard time and even said to us ?you know you can?t pack these home?. We had a full day planned aheadof us and were surely never gonna take any with us. That comment was completely uncalled for. She also forgot our coke andwhen we reminded her few times, it finally came all flat (not carbonated). Forget about the refills, of course that never came. This experience was very unfortunate. Beautiful location with an awesome view. Service was quite fantastic ???? Fish and chips has just one piece of fish so that was... very very disappointing. The servers all watched us waiting & avoided eye contact especially the actual floor server. Finally I asked if I can atleast... order so my food can be made while we wait. 20 mins later the wings are done and I mean dry & BURNT! When I bring it to themanagers attention she?s denies I told her the half wing order should be in sauce and was very combative. I stand inside towait for the wings and they come back looking THE SAME! I was so hungry & tired I just took the food. This is when she says?Excuse you?re not welcomed back here?.
