This location specifically is not good, they burned the meat, because they don't know how to cook burgers, they just hire anyone... willing to flip a burger. The location really matters with this franchise, once you find a location that is good then stick toit. Read more
Went in to dine & the manager personally told me to have a seat and he would serve me my food once it was ready. The staff were... all very kind. It was a nice experience in a more ?fast-food? type restaurant! Read more
Worst fries ever. Maybe 1/3 cooking time. Soggy and soft. Made staff aware and minimally acknowledged. No offer of free toppings... for the burger at all. Heard someone adding free toppings to their order so asked if we could include some of those on myburger. Grudgingly acknowledged. Fries are advertised as crispy. FAIL!, Burger was excellent. Not asked if take out or dine in.Packed in a bag for my dine in. Need an owner here to make this work or soon this business will be done. Live in the area. Thiswas my last visit. Read more
The piri piri burger was delicious. 6oz is a pretty big. Plenty of extra free toppings. The poutine was good too. Cheese curds... melted nicely. Service and staff was nice. But tables need to be wiped down properly. Ours was sticky. I'll still go back,burgers are great. Read more
Fresh ingredients. Pretty clean store and friendly staff. I had the mushroom Swiss this time as opposed to my Usual True North... burger choice. I found it to be heavy (as expected) and delicious. I ordered the combo with fries and a milkshake. There is agood amount of seating in this store. I find South Street as a chain to be in the more expensive side. There is a single unisexwashroom as well. The door is wheelchair accessible which is nice to see. The vanilla milkshake tasted authentic! Burgers arebig and Juicy. Read more
Large and clean location, friendly staff. Tasty burgers with a variety of dressings to choose from. I like the taste of the Hero... burger patty better but this one is larger and the multigrain buns are great! This place also offers more toppings. Fairly largewith lot of seating. Read more
The employees are nice and the burgers are tasty. Sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy. Washroom is clean.
