[Bad customer service, fourth time in a row] today I went in to buy bubble tea (the tea recipes are super good).However, this... girl right here is the worst ever. This is the fourth time in a row I experienced her yelling at me. I literally sat down andlooking for menu on the TV screen, she yelled at me loudly to order. Last time, when I asked for tap water, she angrily yelledat me and said that the store has closed, I ordered two drinks and being yelled at, like what???? If you can't do your job thendon't do it. We're being very nice and tip every time (but today, i can't push myself to tip anymore), we told ourself thatmight be she having bad day. I myself a barista at bubble tea too, I have bad and good day too but never have I yelled at acustomer like that. 4th time in a row. Read more
There are countless issues with this restaurant. First of all, I used to work next door at the vape store and Shuyi Tealicous... HAS A RODENT PROBLEM THAT THEY HIDE FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE MICE RUNNING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN AND THE MICE EVEN HAD A HOLEFROK THEIR RESTAURANT TO THE VAOE STORE THAT WE HAD TO COVER UP BECAUSE IT WAS CREATING PROBLEMS FOR US. TRUST ME DO NOT EVEREAT HERE. They don?t cover drinks for deliveries. they let the drinks spill and if you ask them to fix it and make a new onebecause they don?t cover the drinks and they refused and we?re very rude and didn?t treat me with any respect and basicallyignored me and said they can?t help. I would recommend going to a different place to eat or get bubble tea as there is a amazingbubble tea store across the street in the mall. They really need to fire the young man who does delivery orders. he is very rudeand u helpful and never says have a good day when i say it. they hire rude inexperienced employees with no training and don?teven train them properly. whenever i walk in there there is always nobody in the front of the store. the staff are almost alwaysin the back socializing like they are having a party. They always try to get the customer out very quickly. IF YOU ARE THINKINGABOUT EATING HERE OR ORDERING FROM HERE. TRUST ME. DONT DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THE OWNER LIES IN HIS RESPONSE. I am alreadyin touch with pest control inspectors. Terrible customer service. Employee was rude, impatient and not the least bit friendly. Decided to give it 2 stars for the... location and drinks! Cute little store located at Yonge and Sheppard. As a plus, theh also have a claw machine! Drinks aredecent but she was so rude I left upset. Read more
The Hunan Restaurant (????) /Papa Spicy (????) is under the same unit (same restaurant). Love their spicy food very much. The... only thing they need to improve is the tone on how they talk to customers. Read more
The teas are fantastic no doubt. However this location also has a Hunan food joint. We discovered it on Uber and took us a call... to figure out where this exactly was. I was looking to eat something spicy, and the Szechuan style fish looked perfect. It tookquite the effort to look for the place as it does not mention anywhere that it is located in this premise. It's a small spacebut as dining was closed it didn't really matter. The fish came in a large container, peppercorns, red chillies and the works.Perfect for a rainy evening. If you don't like spicy food this may not be your thing. I found any other flavor lacking and addedsome lemon to the mix. It did actually improve the flavor, but then it's about personal preference as well. We also picked upthe signature grass jelly mix, which came with a lot of Boba pearls, grass jelly raising and red beans. It was so filling andtasted wonderful, more from the add ins then the tea. Overall good food, can be visited again. $14.99 for a large which Ibelieve will be a big bowl of curry is fantastic, it was enough for the two of us. Horribly unprofessional. They request drivers for deliveries that aren't even close to being finished. They casually tell... drivers it will be 15 minutes as if that's not completely unacceptable. No apologies, no explanation. Don't spend your money atsuch a disrespectful business. Read more
