When we arrived, this location had speaker issues. Though they repeated the first part of our order back to us clearly, they... asked us to pull up to the window to order. We did, and they made us wait for five minutes before asking us what wewanted. Then they took another five minutes to make it, and both drinks were wrong. I won't be back. On May 27 around 1 pm we purchased a piece of cake with mold in it which was not obvious on the top. We noticed it as soon as we... ate the first piece. We went back to return it. The attendant was rude and did not even apologize for there being mold in thecake and when we mentioned that this behavior is unacceptable, she mentioned that she is offering an alternative pieceinstead. I am sure not to visit that location any time even though I have always liked visiting this store both because of itslocation and convenience of drive-through. Read more
Poor customer service on multiple occasions - ranging from waiting for a simple coffee for over 10 minutes while they are... prioritizing the drive through, curt staff, to incorrect orders. After visiting this location for over 14 years, mainly due toconvenience, it is time to move on. Read more
Rare visit to a second cup wanting something refreshing with the warm weather but the experience was less than refreshing. The... two baristas seemed busy with the drive thru so I patiently waited as the first person in line inside. Once they recognized theline forming in front of them one of the baristas decided to start serving the customers in line, starting with the peoplebehind me. No acknowledgement of what just happened and he continued on taking their order ignoring me trying to speak tohim. I left as I had no patience to engage with this kind of service. I placed an Uber eats delivery order with Second Cup, not the first time I ordered from there but definitely the last time I... will order from this location. I ordered a latte with oat milk, when it came I stirred it before drinking and the milk wasCurdled!! This is a health and safety issue, luckily I did not drink it first! When mixing the latte and pouring it into thecup before sending it to me there is no way the barista from Second Cup did not notice the curdling of the milk! It was stillsent to me with a felafel wrap that was soggy, the wrap itself was wet and broke apart. How can you send items to a customerthat you would not drink or eat yourself?? The only item that was edible was the egg white breakfast sandwich, that?s why Igave ONE Star! Second cup used to be one of my most favourite coffee places but sadly not anymore!
