Not my favourite presotea! Good clean place but the quality of the mango slushy pales in comparison to other locations I?ve got... it from! Staff very friendly however and service was quick! Read more

Very artificial mango slush. I was watching she just added 3-4 small pieces of mango and lots of ice. I clearly told less ice... but it was filled with only ice. I guess she added too much of artificial mango tastener. Never felt like a real mango slush. Will never recommend this store. Time and money waste. Read more

I?m shocked. Just shocked. I was just diagnosed with stage 3a adenocarcinomic cancer. Fatal. There is no hope in my life left.... My family had abandoned me. My parents have abandoned me. In my dying hours, wrought with pain and Illness, with but moments tolive, my doctor stating he would do everything ?to make me as comfortable as possible?. My last dying hope was but one largeMango slush with extra tapioca at Prestotea. To my sheer excitement, my doctor advised that one location just so happened to beopen until 10pm - North York. Excited. Hopeful. Last day on Earth. 9:29pm - I arrive at presotea. The employees took one look atmy disease-ridden decrepit corpse. ?We?re closed?. Wow. I died right there and then. 0/5 don?t mislead dying customers againwith false hours of operation. Read more

My colleagues and I visited Presotea at 930pm on Saturday September 3rd, knowing that it should still be open based on the... posted hours of operation (it closes 10pm). However, we were informed by a staff member inside that they were closed, eventhough they had served a customer on our way inside. Either the hours of operation need to be modified, or staff need to beaddressed in this particular location. Read more

Absolutly horrible costumer service. It took over 25 mins just to make a single blueberry fruit tea and it wasn't like it was... busy, there was a single gentleman in front of us and yet 3 people working behind the counter. Not only did they take that longbut they messed up my order and just tore open the top of the container with a knife that was sitting in one of the Bobacontainers and just poured it into a different container and continued using it. The sad part is that I love the selection andhaven't had an issue with quality before but every time I go it just gets progressively more frustrating for the attitude of theemployees. If they were busy it would be more understandable but they were not and I was given attitude when I said it was thewrong drink. Honestly wouldn't recommend to anyone and should have asked for a refund. The already low rating accuratelyreflects the service provided. Read more

Decent tea spot with lots of variety! I only get the panda milk tea but tried their new coffee series this time. I would skip on... the dalgona but the thai tea is quite alright. Read more

Very nice bubble tea place. Have visited couple of times and it's usually one person in the front, so there is a bit of line up.

This place is conveniently located in a small mall, directly on top of the Yonge-Sheppard subway. It has a mall entrance and... street entrance. From my understanding, it's linked to the parking garage below as well. The environment is clean and welllit. There are plenty of chairs and tables, so you can stay and work on your laptop without feeling like you're hogging atable. There is wifi here and a washroom in the mall area. The music was not too loud, so it's a great place to study at ormeet up to chat with friends. The service here is fast and friendly. The tapioca texture and the tea was executed well. Thismight be my favourite stop for bubble tea in the Yonge-Sheppard area so far, because it's not overly busy/crowded. Read more
