Extremely disappointed, I went to this location for the first time when I moved here because it is right next to my school... location, there was a small fist fight near it, and this resulted in them banning two schools. I don?t have a lot of choices toeat from. Therefore, I?m extremely disappointed because I cannot go to this location anymore due to a incident that did not inany way involve me or many other students. Contracted food poisoning from a chicken combo I ordered the previous evening. I was horrified enough when I bit into a piece of... chicken only to discover its interior was bright pink; rather than have to split open every piece of chicken after patronisingthis location for a simple order, I'd rather support some other franchise where customer safety is takenseriously. Interestingly, the other pieces of chicken were hardly tender and most of the food was severely lacking in taste andseasoning, temperature was also quite lukewarm upon my time of receiving the order. This is my second time visiting this location and receiving uncooked chicken tenders, the first mishap was rectified however on... my second visit back even when telling the kitchen staff to ensure the tenders were WELL DONE; I ended up with food poisoningdue to the fact that I consumed a few bites before noticing the chicken was RAW. Very disappointed, this is my favourite meal toget from Popeyes. I will not be coming back, ENSURE YOUR STAFF ARE TRAINED PROPERLY AND AWARE OF FOOD HEALTH AND SAFETY. The overall experience was okay. My order was take at 1:24pm today. I spent 39$ today. Meaning everything should have been in my... order which it was not. I was missing my food item and when I called nobody would answer I already made it home by time Irealized They?ve missed my item. & on top of that I watched the new employee who was getting trained make the item but theperson who bagged it didn?t put my item in the bag. We don?t usually eat here which is really upsetting because we were hopingwe could eat here regularly but I guess not.
