If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have contacted their head office with the following: Today (Sat. Nov. 5, 2022),... my husband and I went to the Popeyes at 3790 Bathurst St. at about 4:15pm. We ordered a 2 piece meal with onion rings and paidthe extra to have white meat only. They gave us TWO (2) legs. NOT what we wanted. NOT what we ordered. And DEFINITELY NOT whatwe paid for. My husband pointed it out to them and was told we'd have to pay even MORE for them to fix the issue! We escalatedthe issue with the manager on duty and the MOD had the audacity to say that because we 'touched' the legs (because we noticedthey were NOT what we ordered) we'd have to buy anew. That was completely unacceptable. The MOD was incredibly rude and tried tolie to us about us not paying for the white meat, even when my husband showed the MOD our receipt which indicated the extraamount for white meat only! After 25 minutes, your location refused to give us the two pieces of white meat. We have beencustomers at that location since its opening. I work in retail so I understand that working experience, but this was beyondprofessionalism. What a deplorable experience!!! Read more

Tried the popeyes chicken sandwich. Fries were underwhelming and oily. The sandwich itself had a nice and fairly tasty chicken,... would go again if i did want a chicken hamburger but that's pretty much it. Nice chicken Read more

Best Popeye's burger around. Could not find a place that served the proper portion of chicken breast, until I found this place.... Staff are polite too! Read more

The staff here are very nice and they always try to serve fresh and hot food. It does get busy sometimes so be prepared to wait... for your orders but all in all this store is the best. It's clean, good food and great staff. Read more

Food was ok.. my sandwich was definitely smaller than other locations, the macaroni and cheese was missing the cheese, more of a... noodle soup with flavourless cheesish coloured sauce.. disappointing.. onion rings were soggy.. staff was really nice but yeahsome of the other reviews are feeling accurate. Took about 15-20 mins, they cook when you order, things aren?t ready. Read more
