Clean place and nice seats

1.I ordered the daily meal and one of the chicken leg smelled and tasted rotten,good thing I was dine in so I got up to the... counter and got a new one for exchange.After read some comments about here then I realized it wasn't a one time mistake.Also thesize of the chicken pieces vary. 2.Went there for weeks and no hot sauce for the chicken until recently. 3.Tim horton alwaysborrows ice from Popeyes and they don't have refill for soda in this location.And they charged me a cup of ice for a dollar,andthey don't have a button for that,it doesn't feel right. We bought Popeyes on 27June.. after having Popeyes my daughter fell very sick.. from the early morning she started to throw up..... she vomited 10 times in a single day.. she couldn?t go to her last day of school.. she also had upset stomach whole day.. shewent to washroom so many times.. basically she had food poisoning.. right after that my 3 years old son feel sick and he isstill sick.. he is still throwing up.. I didn?t call them cause they won?t believe me .. I will never ever go back to Popeyes nomatter what.. I have no idea what they put into their food.. a big company like Popeyes has such a poor quality of food.. theyshould be sued.. Read more

So.. I have gotten food from here in the past, has been ok service. My one star is about the March 10, 2022 visit. It was my... sons birthday, and he wanted Popeyes.. it was later in the evening .. so we ordered from restaurant. My son and hisgirlfriend went in. (They are both minors) When they came back to the car with the food, they were talking about how rude thestaff was to them. When we got home.. we opened the bags and were about to eat when we noticed a bite out of one of thebiscuits.. totally disgusting and shocked. I immediately contacted the location manager, who made it clear she didn?t believeme.. despite it being 11pm and way past my bedtime.. and having to work in the morning I drove all the way back to the storewith proof! See pictures! The manager offered to replace the one biscuit, basically called me a liar, said she would check thecameras and get back to me. I wasn?t interested in talking in circles all night.. so I agreed to this. I?m still waiting forher to get back to me. There is nothing worse than being accused of lying. I wouldn?t waste my time driving over to the storefor a biscuit.. it was the principal and the disgusting act of one of the employees who thought it would be funny to partiallyeat a customer food. Cashier gave the most attitude because I nicely requested her not to pack up my chicken meal until the shrimp meal was finished.... The shrimp takes 6minutes to cook while the chicken is already ready. She began throwing my condiments across the counter , thenpurposely started packing out drinks in the fridge and cups once my shrimp was done. Service was ok....but the cheese curds in my cajun poutine was cold as well as the entire poutine. The plastic spork made it... difficult to eat the poutine, they should consider changing it because the prongs are too short so they can only go through 1fry. Read more
