Popeyes has a quality control problem. Different locations have different portion sizes and taste entirely different. I ordered... 5pc spicy chicken tenders and they were tiny, dry, and not at all spicy. Last week I was at a different location and they werejuicy Costco sized pieces and I could barely finish them + my nose was running from the spice - I was impressed. If I'm paying$12 for 5 pieces and not getting a whole bag of tenders, they better not leave me hungry or wondering if there's any spice inthem. Read more

Ordered family deal from the coupon I had. They said I have to wait 15 minutes so I was expecting to get fresh batch of chickens... but instead I got dried to the bones pieces! The worst customer service ever. They don't even know what customer service means. I just got home with my order and they did... not put the sauce for the tenders. I called to tell them that and the most rude and impolite man picked up the phone, I was noteven finished and he cut me off saying don't call us, call the customer service and he hung up on me. Seriously, we pay them sothey disrespect us!!!. I am never going there again and I am telling all my friend in the area to do the same. I love this location it is close to us and we come to this place once or twice a month for a change. Most of the time their... chicken and fries are so fresh so we enjoy coming here but mind you some times it also happened that their fried chicken wasn'tfresh kind like just reheated but not juicy all dry and fries not as crispy and dry as well. I'm giving 4 stars because if wecan't come we place an order and on the order I specifically mention a breast and even pay more for it ( my husband only eatwhite meat ) but no breasts were included, it happened twice in the past.
