The Popeyes in York University is really unprofessional. I had gotten Popeyes from this location today and had noticed most of... my popcorn shrimp pieces had been small so I went ahead and ate a couple and noticed most of them barely had any shrimp in itand also tasted like regular fried oily pieces. I had mentioned to the manager very politely that I usually don?t get it likethat and his response was that I should have ordered the butterfly shrimp? Which was really confusing? My friend had even triedmy food because she also usually gets the popcorn shrimp often and had noticed most of them tasting like fried pieces. Prettydisappointing and unprofessional. Read more

This is a good popeyes location it is small however its quiet. The soda machine is near the tables not far at all i would highly... recommend gravy if your getting a chicken tenders combo. I would come here more often if i could. Read more

Ordered chicken combo deal. Waited and waited no explanation. They served the people who came in after me. They all recived... their food and left. Still no food. Staff was too busy doing a large Uber order. I had to leave to get back to work. No lunchtoday. See if they will give me a refund for the food I never received but paid for. Read more

Always reliable with operating hours and consistent with attempting to maintain quality control. 24/02/2022 - Food waswell prepared and good quality - Staff provided sufficient amount of condiments - Staff gave an estimated time of completion fororder and was on point, however, 7 minutes wait for a Dessert Pie seemed unreasonable though? - The Blackberry Cheesecake Piethat was advertised on screen was not available ???? - Limited social distancing / visual markers - Pop machine was very flat.Staff would have never known if we didn?t tell them. Horrible horrible food, I was so excited coz I'm a huge fan of popeyes... ordered wings, 2 chicken sandwiches and 3 piece... chicken combo for dinner. Opened the bag on the dinner table as soon as I got home which was 15 min after receiving the order...the entire bad reeked... the chicken was bad to the extent where the stale smell is just not willing to leave our table... wingsseemed fine not the best quality but they weren't made of rotten chicken but the sandwiches and the chicken pieces were justgross... paid 34cad and regretting every cent... avoid this location for sure Read more
