Amazing location! I ordered online (stupidly) and for some reason they gave me boneless bites instead of wings. I can?t eat... boneless bites. I called and after some discussion. Even after closing the manager came and personally delivered wings to makemy order right. Very happy with the service and he went up and beyond the call of duty! First and last time from this location; will never order from here. I always liked their pie(pizza hut)mostly as the crust for... me was better then most. But this location served me something akin to cardboard with dried out toppings. Makes me hesitant toorder from pizza hut again. Read more

Even though the pizza was ready, the guy making it was at the counter instead of cutting it and serving it for my take away... order. This guy seemed to be distracted with his own personal business instead of serving the customer. The pizza also turnedout mediocre at best. Wouldn?t rate it more than 1 star. Read more
I've purchased from this location several times over the past year or two and the pizzas have always been made with "less"... cheese but my most recent experience last week was terrible. I specifically ordered a Hawaiian which has double cheese to beginwith but there were complete flat spots on the entire pizza with NO cheese. I wrote 3 feedback comments to pizzahut.ca. I alsowrote to Pizza Hut Canada on facebook and there's been so response from the actual store or head office. Just terrible service. I will never be returning to this location. Avoid this location. Order was 40 minutes late. When it was 20 minutes late I called asked what is going on. I was told the... driver is being delayed, and it will take her 5 to 10 minutes. I asked the rep to cancel the order if 10 minutes pass. Theydidn't cancel it. I started making my own food. And now it arrives. Ridiculous. Read more
Worst service all around. Called to order for delivery with coupon but was flat out told it wouldn?t be honored. All these... happened before I was hung up on 3 times. Disappointed beyond belief. Never thought Pizza Hut would go down to this level. Read more
