Ordered online, everyone was hungry, a very rude and grumpy delivery guy brought the pizza. After dealing with that situation,... we?re unable to eat the pizza, because we open the box and the pizza is burnt, to think that this is standard, everytime I payfor extra cheese, the pizza arrives looking extra dark. Why would your BBQ pizzas have BBQ sauce as an extra when it's listed in the ingredients? One dollar plus on a personal size... and at least 2 dollars extra on a medium and large pizza. Who wants tomato sauce on BBQ chicken pizza? This is on Skip. Fixyour prices. Read more
Wish there was a negative rating option, poorest service, not at all accommodating, I have been a regular customer of Pizza hut... since 10+ years. Never faced such stupidity, I have allergies and I asked the person named Parth to customize my order andremove items but he insisted that its not possible, have been doing the same at other locations never had a single issue in 10years. But lesson learnt never stepping back at this store. Maybe you guys should think of changing your servers to someone whounderstands the customer?s needs. I blame the whole experience on the server. I used to work in hospitality too, would nevergive such a bad experience to a customer, this person made me cancel the order and didn?t even refund the money had to go back 3days later after checking my credit cards statements, Parth lied again to my face ?I have issued the credits? but when I askedfor proof, he didn?t have anything after insisting on getting a proof he offered to pay me cash. We used to love Pizza Hut but unfortunately over the years they seem to have fallen apart. Their Pan Pizza isn?t as crispy as I... once remember it and they are really skimping on the toppings and cheese lately which is why we don?t order them often.Hopefully they can get back to their good old ways eventually someday. One of the best pizzas I have had in Toronto. The crust is very soft and tastes very good. I will surely try more varieties... here. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.They have a dine in as well as takeout counter. Read more
I got a buy one get one free pizzas and it wasn't worth it. It tastes cheap, hollow, fake, and sad. If you want a real, saucy,... that has a kick, order from pizza hot wings. They are cheap with their toppings, I ordered a margarita pizza and on every slicewas one tomato oh, it was a small tomato, the cheese is tasteless, boring, and it's not a good looking pizza. I kind of feellike I'm forcing myself to eat at just to stay full. I feel like I'm eating foam with cheese on it. There's barely enough sauceto call it sauce it's like only on the top half. They are very very cheap. I took the cheese off and there is barely any sauce.I love cheese but this cheese feels like rubber has no taste. I wouldn't to give this to homeless person. Read more
