The staff here are completely arrogant. I walked in and there were three people behind the counter. The first lady says to me... just one moment this girl will take your order, then the girl completely ignored the instructor working on food for thedrive-thru well the man just kind of stood there. The three of them fumble around make subs for the drive-thru, and I had beenstanding there for about 10 minutes at that point. Then the one lady that I talked to originally apologized and said thatthey're finishing up with this order and that her coworker would get me started. I proceed to say my order and she just walkedaway. The other girl looks up and I said am I okay to order or what's going on? She just said she'll take your order so I saidthere for another 5 minutes. I go to order again and they did the exact same thing so I walked out. Completely arrogant stuffignored me the entire time. Very unhappy with the service here. I understand that they have the drive-thru and it's busy butthey had three people on and the one guy was just standing around. I do prefer Mr Sub over other sandwich places and this is theonly one close to me. Read more
I ordered the large premium Mr.Souvlaki for delivery it was really good. Am reordering it again through Skip the dishes. I used... to come at this location, when my kids were still in schools in the area, where the store is. Food was cheaper then, butquality was high. I have read the other 1* reviews, I will see how my second food delivery turns out, same large premiumMr.Souvlaki. Will update it shortly. For now based on my past experience over the years, I am recommending it. Place stilldelivers excellent food. Am very pleased with it. Please bring back Mr.Souvlaki and make it a permanent sub. Myself anddaughter are loving that sub. Thank you! I ordered again 2 subs through Skip the dishes around 11:34 AM. Store said initially27 minutes, changed to 34 and then 56 minutes. Let's start with the fact that this location has a drive thru, that's pretty convenient. Overall Mr.Sub here has been great... everytime I've been there, they have great staff working are pretty quick, I recommend every sub gets grilled. The food actuallytaste pretty good, in comparison to Subway which is just to sweet and all taste the same. If you're looking for a sub withflavor, try Mr.Sub, it's also a Canadian company which is great. Read more
Genuinely unsure of whether or not the people working there are capable of making food or taking orders as I had to state more... than once I wanted my sub toasted only for them to not toast it. Not quite sure how they managed to botch it even after askingto confirm I wanted it toasted. Not to mention it was just terribly made. Mayo leaking out the side of the UNTOASTED sub makingthe bun soggy, managing to make it look more unappealing than it already is. Overall I'm convinced that despite the amount ofworkers behind the counter making food, they all share one brain cell. Maybe be more careful with who you hire. Read more
Very inconsistent quality. One day it's ok, the next it's terrible. Today I bought an assorted with extra lettuce and veggies, I... open the bag and there are barely any veggies at all. Not going to drive all the way back there now, and they won't pick up thephone either. The call goes straight to a "voicemail that hasn't been set up yet". There?s a drive-thru or walk-in option at this North York location of Mr. Sub along Victoria Park Avenue. (Tim Hortons is next... door) More often than not, I always order a foot long Classic Assorted Sub on whole wheat. Mr. Sub claim is that my sandwichis made with all RWA meats (salami, black forest ham, luncheon meat) plus cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and our signature?68 sub sauce. Always a good meal! They short you on toppings, meat and sauce. Soggy lettuce. 4 cucumbers on a large sub. Not coming back to this location
