Delicious! Yesterday was my birthday so I ordered a seafood tray to celebrate with my family. Though the restaurant had a power... failure, they still scurried together to make my order. They were very communicative about the delays, and even upgraded ourfood and drinks to make up for it. We were very understanding as the electrical issue wasn't their fault, and they went aboveand beyond to still ensure the food was made with high quality and flavour. 10/10 would recommend for stellar customer service!I wish I remembered to take some photos, but we devoured the tray so quickly! Got the one of the family platter seafood boils for my husband for Father?s Day. It was amazing and my family ate it up. I can?t... recommend it enough. I can't find enough words for how amazing this place is! From the beginning placing the order online to when we finished eating,... was absolutely stellar. I ordered the King Crab boil with extras and initially the order was cancelled but they called meIMMEDIATELY to advise they had only one king crab left but would substitute it with snow crabs. Utterly friendly and courteousis an understatement! Best customer service. We got the food delivered in less time than anticipated, and the packaging wasinsanely proper. No spillage, good containers! The restaurant called me almost immediately after the food was delivered to findout if everything was good! My heart melted and I couldn't thank them enough for making this dinner so special The taste of thefood OMG no no words in the English language can deserve it! Juicy, flavourful, succulent, fresh, homemade seasoned! Deliciousfrom the moment I smelled it to the last morsel that was eaten Will be ordering from there again without a shadow of adoubt. Food was delish and the service was excellent. Very generous portion. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the seafood soup was... amazing with more salmon and shrimp....WOW!!!! The Mermaid sauce is a must have and can't wait to try other items on the menu. Read more
First of let me say if you love seafood this is the place to try it at ! I will admit I used to love eating a big chain seafood... restaurants like Red Lobster / Captin Boil but after eating at Mermaids Find I cannot go back to them . This place is likefinding a hidden Gem literally ! If you like spice in your seafood you have to try this place out . The amount of spices andother flavours used in all of the dishes will simply have your mouth watering . Not only is the food great but the staff isextremely professional, friendly , clean and you can tell through the food that the chefs and staff take their time to prepareand cook each and every dish . I promise if you try this you will be a repeating customer just like me . Due to the restrictionsdine in options is not available but rest assured the way they pack up your meals are neat and proper . Another thing I will saythat I love is how they infuse the caribbean culture into the food , you can just taste that this from the islands I highlyrecommend Mermaids Find to all seafood lovers and even if you?re not and want to try some flavourful , mouthwatering seafooddishes . We just had this platter in the photo. Hands down best seafood platter we ever had . The chefs at this restaurant are... incredible. Our food was cooked to perfection. Our family has chefs , and we know great quality food . This was our firstexperience and definitely will be back again. The portions and quality of the food are top notch.
