Dinning area not opened as per signage. Been here multiple times there are always a long line for drive through because the... employees close up the dinning area but jeep taking ?counter pick up? orders . So people have to line up with the cars to waitfor the food despite ordering ahead and not given any heads up about this situation. And they do not put any signs saying that ?sorry, please line up at the drive thru?. instead they lock the door and have staff rudely signing off hand signals asking usto walk over when I clearly see them dancing in the kitchen. I ordered 9 happy meals for my child BD. It was the worst experience ever. The staff put just sauce instead of chicken nuggets... for 3 meals. The kids who got this were very disappointed (almost cried) and couldn't eat at all which ruined my child's BD. Itdoesn't look like they did it by mistake but did it on purpose. It is not fun at all. Very rude staff. You get what you paid for I guess. But hey I ordered a sausage and egg McGriddle, but they gave me a sausage... McGriddle without the egg. Very disappointed. Read more

I can count the number of times where there were no errors (wrong or missing items from order) Currently still waiting in... curbside after nearly 30 mins for 2 happy meals, and this is unacceptable. Just received it and the happy meals had no chickennuggets. Will be avoiding this location at all cost in future. Staff here appear to be very tardy, disorganized andunmotivated. More trainining and working on motivating the employees, that even though this is a minimum wage job it helpsbuild a resume & provide real world job experience. Update: we just notified the store they apologized, and told us to returnin 30 minutes for new happy meals. Read more
This is supposed to be a 5-star review but thanks to these grounds at the bottom of my cup of coffee this morning chopped out... the two stars and one for not taking my free coffee card because I ordered a combo. The lady said it doesn?t work for a comboorder but I do this all the time in most locations and no problems at all. I didn?t want to argue with that because there arepeople lined up behind me and I hate holding off the line so much so I just drove away. What?s good is that the egg on myMcMuffin sandwich was so good and real, not the factory made one. All in all, I am hoping on my next visit would be a betterexperience. Read more
The performance of this place is in the range of 3 stars as I ranked them - inconsistent. Some times they are doing well and... serve you with a tasty Big Mac or fries and sometime they simply can?t deliver a reliable order nor good quality one. Severaltimes they mixed up what we ordered, or pretend that they don?t hear what we are saying on the drive through order. This is theplace which we would probably skip after so many screw ups and bad customer service but we continue coming back as it is closestto place where we live. At best, it does what it's supposed to as a McDonald's. Unfortunately, the door is often locked and the indoor seating area is... closed early - so it makes it difficult to pick up mobile orders if you already chose pickup at the counter. A big plus thoughis that they pretty much always get my order right, so I'm thankful for that :) Read more
