Yesterday morning I purchased three medium coffee?s at 6:30 am as I was heading out of town. Tried the Coffee shortly after... getting on the hwy. The coffees were Luke warm at best. I boast about McDonald?s coffees all the time, and say they?re the best,but this disappointed me. Read more

The staff are hard-working and really try to help their customers...I was having difficulty using the McDonald's app in the... restaurant. It is a busy place and some of the customers at this location are not always respectful - impatient; leave thepublic restrooms in a mess; and IMHO overstay their visit. But it is my local fast food place so I will defend the staff againstrude behaviour! Read more

Good at making coffees. Sometimes sugar content is too much for an iced coffee. But that's all. Never had an expired coffee nor... had problems with the food quality. Read more

My wife and I had visited this location for the first time. We Placed our order through the the kiosk machine, expecting the... process to go smoothly. They prepared the meal quickly and forgot one of the sandwiches. Even after showing them my receipt andmy untouched food tray they keep repeating that I only ordered one sandwich, of which I kept pointing to the receipt where itsaid 2. They made me wait for five minutes to prepare a new one and asked me to take a seat. They said they will call me whenit?s ready. After 7 minute, with no sandwich or call in sight, I approached them again to which they replied that I should havecome up earlier and inform them as it was already ready from before, while my meal was being prepared. Sandwich was cold andrubbery. Absolutely horrible staff. There is no communication between them. The manager on duty just stares through you withouta care in the world. They have no courtesy The only person who had some customer experience is the seasonal hire at the frontregister. Read more

The service is a bit slow in the morning. Only 1 server prepare food for walk-in which I do mind since we all have to rush for... work in the morning. But food was hot and tasty. Read more
