I have visited Maestro's on a number of occasion and was impress by the friendliness of the Staff , who make you feel welcomed... to the establishment . On my last visit to Maestro's recently with a few work colleges from Ottawa , a party of 8, on arrival wewere escorted to our table by our waitress and seated . I can't say enough about the presentation quality and quantity of thefood , Magnifico . Rene and her Husband introduced themselves , And we were made very much at home . Will definitely bereturning . From when I entered the restaurant I was greeted warmly. The atmosphere feels like I'm going home again. The menu options are... wide and truly Italian. The presentation of my veal dish was generous and scrumptious. Service was courteous, regular checkinsthat were not disruptive met each request throughout our meal. Read more

A good friend of ours Camila ordered this wonderful lasagna and and had it delivered to our house. This was our first experience... with Mastro?s. The gentleman that delivered it waited very patiently in the driveway for us to park our bikes and unpackeverything all the while holding this huge tray of lasagna! Don?t you find the way you are spoken to and interacted with canreally sets the tone for a company?s service? That was really the case here as again he was very patient and gracious andhumble. Definitely an above average delivery experience! My wife was heading out the door but trusted the cooking to me, so thepressure was on! Luckily Rina, hand wrote absolutely perfect cooking instructions preparing this beautiful Italian dish. I was alittle worried she said only 1/2 hour to 3/4 of an hour for cooking, but then remembered I?m used to cooking lasagna fromfrozen, and this was hand made and as fresh as it comes. So 20 mins covered and 20 min with the lid off and The pasta and meatwere fresh, the sauce has just the right amount of zest, and the portion was impressive, bravo Mastro, well done! I came here for my anniversary. The dinner was absolutely amazing. My man can be very "extra" when it comes to ordering, however... the staff worked above and beyond to get everything we wanted. The pasta was perfect, the salmon was the best I've ever had. Thesteak was also amazing. Live music kept the atmosphere alive and beautiful.
