Absolutely ???? disgusting and needs to be shut down. The dining room was filthy and the one available washroom looked like... something from a horror movie....no toilet paper no soap no paper towel. Complained and no one seemed to care. Read more
It is one of the most recent KFC renovated restaurants and it keeps dirty everywhere. The cleaning is done by the same... restaurant workers but only something very basic, nothing deep. Grease is found from the entrance platform, floors, windows,floor inside the restaurant, it already looks like grease from a mechanic place. Needless to say the conditions and smell ofthe bathrooms, without soap to wash your hands. The owners want to earn all the profit but they do not pay for them to beinnocuous places. If that is seen outside, I don't want to imagine where the meals are made and where they keep everything. They must improve. Bad presentation. Unhelpful staff, takes forever to make an order and then an eternity to get it, the places is always nasty, dirty. Every time... I've been there they don't have chicken ready they let you know that after waiting +10 minutes then you can order but you haveto wait around 30 minutes. If you get your food you get something different of what you asked for or 2 of the same chickenpiece. Also as the time passes I've been getting smaller pieces. A leg sometimes has less meat than a wing. This place and thestaff are a joke. Read more
One of the worst KFC I?ve ever been. The tables are messy, there are 2 guys holding their phone while sleeping and looked really... high, the floor is oily and not tidy. I feel so bad for those customers who happen to come here with their children. Staff andthe service is good, they?re efficient. But it seems like they already got tired on cleaning when other patrons are notrespecting the place itself. I don?t know, Maybe it?s just me, but I feel unsafe inside the store. Read more
Im updating my review regarding this chicken wings i ordered today. January 5, 2022 4.45pm I ate a reheated chicken wings from... their bin. I couldnt even eat it because the breading sticks to the bones and meat part has sign of reheat. I also work from itscompetitor in the past but we dont do this on ours. I just want to get it back to tell the manager which is in red shirt becausei dont have time to come back so i put now in reviews. One of the worst KFC'S I've ever seen! The place was so filthy and dirty(you can see hair lying on the floor). And to top it up... the food was even worse. I ordered a big crunch bucket for one. It had a bucket which had two pieces with fries in it along witha burger and coke. The chicken pieces in the bucket were so disgusting and oily that I could see oil dropping from it whilebiting it. Even the napkin in which I held it turned all oily. When I went to complain to the counter they all first pretendedto not understand my question and after some time when I tried to explain them in the simplest English I knew they didn't uttera word and rushed back to the cooking areas leaving the counter empty and my question unanswered. After they told their mainchef she started asking me if I have not eaten a fried chicken before. I told her that I've been eating from KFC since I was inIndia. Then she mad a disgusted look and kept staring at me with anger for the whole of my time at the restaurant. I've neverseen such kind of quality of food and also such unprofessional attitude of the employees in any KFC across two countries. I would not recommend anyone to do online order with this store . I ordered and it took 1 hr for delivery . The person who... answer the phone kept hanging up on me, everytime I called to check on my order the answer is ? it?s on its way? I was only15mins away from this store. I had to private my number for them to answer and guess what he did ? Hang up on me . DO NOT ORDERONLINE FROM THIS STORE. I even ask if I can come and pick up my order myself .
