November 2022 Update: Name changed back to Ginza, this is the flagship store, where this brand started. Known for freshness,... value, and caring service. I ordered a large sashimi, sushi and rolls platter. Quantity is predominant, assortment is lesslustre. Freshness is there, but the sushi rice is too moist to my liking, no hamachi on this plate, no premium fish. I will trythe whole fish and sashimi la carte next. The soya sauce is too dark, and might not have been seasoned, it drowns out the tasteof the fish, instead of enhancing the freshness and delicate sweetness of fishes. I recommend that you change your soya sauce,needing high tasting notes. We ordered take out, I will try dine in next, nice decor and ambiance. Kudos to the staff. This is for the takeout menu, which is completely different from the dine in one. Overall, it's an average takeout sushi joint.... The rolls were poorly wrapped, with deform pieces and rice falling off. Sashimi was average, nigiri had unstable rice andnothing stood out. The price for quantity is the best thing about this place. I came here as a recommendation from a family friend. We had come for a special occasion. The ambience was fitting for a... Japanese sushi restaurant. We were well received by staff, it did not appear overly busy but as soon as we sat down there weremany guests coming in. The beef tataki was delicious, very fresh sashimi, and rolls the size of my fist. The quality ofingredients amazing. We had ordered a bottle of sake as well even though there is short supply. This place isn't very big and it actually got quite busy before 6pm already. We walked in and were seated at the bar.
