Such a shame, was excited to introduce Jolibees to my family.. but came here to be extremely disappointed The seating area was... closed because they were too lazy to clean up.. the service was terrible with an attitude too.. Ran out of many things but werenot apologetic about it The manager, Carla was rude and never even bothered to look at me, instead turned her back and whisperedto the workers no when I asked for something Shocked that this place is. Still open, a disgrace to jollibees.. so very sad.. It's a personal choice I think and may not be agreed upon by many. Good: The place was nice and clean Staff were nice as... well. Place is safe from COVID protocol standard point May need improvement: The food was little more oily that normal. It's alot of oil. The other stores I have tried had a little less oil in the food. Popular Filipino fast food chain famous for its fried chicken which is crispylicious on the outside and juicylicuous on the... inside, with its gravy is a perfect fit. I also tried palabok which was very tasty too. Staff was friendly. Read more
I really enjoyed the fried chicken and spaghetti with gravy on the side for the chicken. Nice combo with the pineapple juice.... the line wasn't long at all when I went, good customer service and the dine in area had nice music at the time. overall greatexperience. Read more
Wanted to try this place given all the hype. Really liked the crispy skin for the chicken though the gravy isn't really my... style. The spicy level also tends to vary depending on the batch. The spaghetti trends sweeter than you'd expect so be prepared!The pies are very good and crispy on the outside though a bit small. The pineapple juice though is amazing, a summer favoriteand definitely 10/10! If you do go there may be a long line given its popularity. Might be good to order pickup online on theirwebsite! We bought the $20 10pcs chicken promo today at 6464 Yonge St branch. Picked up at 11am. When we ate the chicken, it was so dry... and tasted like old oil. So it seems we were given re-fried old chicken. We went back to the store to request for an exchange.The staff did not know what to do and when she went to ask the manager, she did not even bother to come and check what the issuewas. On top of that, the staff rudely said we will just change whatever is left. Does the manager think we are trying to takeadvantage and so treats us this way. They should actually change the whole order. Having driven for 45mins to North York to beserved old chicken and treated this way is really disappointing and unacceptable. I hope Jollibee can address this poorcustomer service in this branch. Read more
