Ordered a takeout torched platter today as they have some Christmas specials. Was good value ($27 for 26 pieces) - make sure to... bring cash as there is a cash discount. But you definitely get what you pay for. Enough to feed 2 people pretty well, but youcould tell the quality was lower. The rice wasn't very good, which makes sense since it is an all you can eat restaurant andthey probably go through a lot of rice. They also dump a lot of a mayo/mustard sauce on it to the point where that is all youtaste. The pieces are also full of various filler type ingredients. So overall if you're looking to get full, you won't bedisappointed, but would suggest going elsewhere that isn't your main goal. Read more

Is this place as bad as the reviews? No, definitely not, I’ve been to many Japanese buffet and the service I received here... were fairly decent. I never had to call for the staffs to clear my table or to put in my order, they also offer to fill up ourtea pot. Maybe I would have appreciated it if they introduced the dishes as they were being served (some of the more popular orunique ones) but that’s just my take. Another thing, I would recommend is for them to stop using dented plates as it ruins thepresentation. Come here for the AYCE and it’s always consistently good food with decent service. Love that they have fresh sashimi and... torched sushi. Salad bar with the dessert bar is good as well. Service is decent but gets a bit slower as it gets busier duringthe dinner times. Read more

The food was mediocre and service was rude. I get they can get busy at times but what’s the point of making a reservation... ahead if you’re going to be seated last anyways? Also while the eating time was set at 2 hours max (which I understand), theserver came to us after we are already seated and ordered food, and demanded we finish in 1.5 hours since they want our tablefor another reservation. After making it clear we aren’t going to accept that, they reluctantly moved us to another table.While they spend a lot of energy on advertising and making innovative dishes, they don’t actually taste all that good. Very lovely experience! The server brought most of the food but the robot helped and it’s hella cute! The food was alright but... not worth the price point. Just to have the robot serve you is worth the experience just once! Would highly recommend. Read more
