Had a great experience with their high tea. I love the savoury part of the high tea the best. Service was great. Though I... didn’t like the voucher part for Armani full size lipstick since you need to make a purchase at Armani to get it. Don’t useArmani product so not worth it. But high tea itself is good enough with out the voucher. Plus there were no one at the Armanicounter. I would like to go and try their regular menu next time. Read more

My friend treated me to the turkey club and fries for lunch which I really enjoyed. Perfect bread and fries! Bacon was so good... with the turkey. The burger was perfectly cooked just like the fries. Best takeout food in Yorkdale! Very helpful staff andgreat service! Read more

Had a great experience having afternoon tea here with my friends. Our main server was excellent as she gave great... recommendations for tea selection. She also informed us about the promotion going on. Highly professional and enthusiastic. NowI only wished I got her name she had brunette black hair with thick time glasses. The only server that I have a comment aboutis the guy who was standing at the check in counter. He came by to top up hot water but wasnt very professional. He asked us topass all of our pots all over the table bc he wouldn't come near us to fill it up. This isn't some cheap cafe.. and even at anybreakfast joint, the server would come next to us to top up coffee or tea. Not only is it dangerous but it wasn't personable atall. We went there for lunch and we ordered the afternoon tea. $120 for 2 and we tried both set. I don’t think it’s worth it... base on what we get. You will be able to get something better. The location was lively and discreet. Very polite hostesses. And the ambiance was lovely. The menu had a vast array of options... for both a vegetarian diet and regular diet. As a Halal foodie, they had many pescatarian options which were lovely. Serverswere also very accommodative with the orders as-well. The food was above expectation for a salad and avocado toast. The mealswere cooked and prepared to perfection. Tried all 3 dishes and all earned 10’s across the board. Would highly recommend goinghere for a nice light brunch! Took my mom to Holts for her birthday. It was the worst high tea/ afternoon tea we’ve ever had. Out of all ~15 options, there... were 1-2 that were palatable. The scones (on the second tier) were flat and dense. Most items felt undercooked/ baked. Nothingtasted as authentically as it should. A total waste of money. The staff were very friendly and nice. Went here for afternoon tea with a friend. The afternoon tea menu is already set with only the option to pick the tea (Sloan... tea). Based on previous reviews and pictures it looks like they change up the selection every so often :) There were 3 tiersincluding a savoury, scone, and dessert. The savoury tray was really good and unique! I really liked the caviar tart,ratatouille pastry and cucumber wrap. The scone tray was mediocre, nothing really special compared to other places. The flavourswe got were cinnamon and raisin. The dessert tray was also mediocre, the the only unique item was the lychee pastry which wassurprisingly it was not overly sweet! ???? The other desserts included macarons, chocolate truffle, eclair and strawberry tart.The staff were very friendly! ?? They refilled our tea free of charge. The interior was beautiful, very cozy, clean and gave offelegant vibes with comfortable seating. This is a great place to meet up with friends for afternoon tea, however, aside from thesavoury plate I don't think it was anything spectacular :) For the price and selection there are definitely other afternoonplaces that are better. My husband and I come here almost every Sunday right before football (lol). It’s such a great experience every single time.... From the service to the quality of the food to the pricing. The quality you’re getting for the price you pay (which in myopinion isn’t too bad), it’s seriously worth it. We’ll never get over this location. Nice and intimate as well!
