Disgusting service at the Derry and McLaughlin location. The cashier guy argues with you infront of everyone if you ask for... extra sauce...I was dining in but had to leave because he just ruined it. Very poor costumer service. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with anyone from head office to bring an urgent matter to their attention and... yet their phone systems are not working. Their halal locations displaying certificates and stating everything halal is not fullyaccurate. Their butter tarts supplier is ?GrandMothers Bake Shoppe? and their stated ingredients clearly states that it contains?Lard?. Lard is derived from fatty tissues of the pig. I used to love the french fries at Hero burgers. They tasted like fresh potatoes. They have changed and now taste like processed... potatoes. They have a strange aftertaste too. I miss the old fries. They also taste very salty. Read more
