I ordered the signature cheeseburger. The patty is as dry as it can get. Probably was in the warmer for a few hours too long?
Not worth it I assumed the burgers would be on par with the other chains (A&W, McD), so I gave Hero a try when I saw the BOGO... special for their cheeseburgers and thought 12 bucks for two burgers is a good deal. I couldn't have been more wrong! Thepatties tasted like the cheapest frozen patties you could find in the cheapest supermarket. I wouldn't even say they tasted likeburgers. And the meat was drenched in sauce (which also wasn't tasty) yet also tough as a shoe sole. The cheese was sticking tothe packaging. At least the lettuce and onions tasted fresh. Don't buy from Hero, it's not worth it. You'll be better off atA&W, McDonald's etc. Read more
One of the best locations for having a late night snack. Their customer service is next level. We had our milkshake cancelled... due to the lack of availability but still after getting the burgers delivered we got someone who personally delivered themilkshake to us. Bless the person who bought the most delicious chocolate milkshake ever. Im so great-full and duly thankful forthe amazing service you have. I wish i know the name of the person who bought it to us. Not even warm, cheese is not melted. They don?t care even tough customer is waiting to order. The workers are rude. Don?t waste... your money and time in this location. Try other hero certified burgers. Read more

I ordered the plant based burger and it was the most unappealing burger I've ever seen (see photos). Not sure if this is the... norm here as it was my 1st time at Hero Burgers. It tasted even worst than it looks. Bun hard and dry and burger severely burnt.So not worth so much money. The meat is like a piece of rock, I?m pretty sure its expired meat cause it tastes horrible. The lettuce and tomato are old and... soggy and the whole presentation is awful.
