My family and I walked into Harvey's and were greeted by Jennifer who literally lit up the entire restaurant. Her attitude, her... kindness, her energy was unlike anyone else I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Harvey's, you need to makeJennifer the manager if she isn't already !! Oh and the foods always good, I like that you can see them make your burger,quality stuff here :) Read more

Very bad customer service. On Aug 1st, 2022 between 2:00pm-3:00pm. As soon as I entered the store, there?s this lady(African... lady with round eyes and round build, and a bandana on her head) saying ?Bikes are not allowed? authoritatively. I askedpermission if I can just park my bicycle in between the 2 doors. But she just kept saying ? BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED? repeatedly.She did not apologize for the inconvenience or at least offered to help to at least accommodate my order since I was alreadythere. I can compromise to wait outside while they prepare my orders and then just come inside to pay if she could have offeredhelp to look after my bicycle. Since my orders would have been for take out. She embarrassed me in front of the customers andthe team members there. Is it because I?m Asian. I?m wondering if that customer is not me, would she act the same way? What isthe difference of bringing inside a stroller, wheelchairs, and bicycles. Read more
