Ordered the Combo (Fresh Burger, Fries & Coke) online, when I arrive to pickup, the place was jam packed. I asked about online... pick up and I was told to wait in queue behind the cash register. When I got to my turn, I was told that my order was mixed upand given to another person, they have to prepare another order for me. It took over an hour for my order to be ready. Very badexperience with the customer service at this location. There were other people inquired about their online order, they wereimmediately told that their order was being prepared, but their order was ready on the counter for pickup. Read more

Great place for burgers and fries. As their name states they're fresh, juicy with fluffy toasted buns. Fries were also good as... well, crispy Cali fries - they always have the option to add a bit of Cajun for those that want a bit of a punch. In short goodfood for those that want a quick meal. This place is great in so many ways! After trying the airport road location, we wanted to try some of the others, this was the... closest to us. This location was just as good in every way. We ordered through the site, it was simple and straightforward. Weordered 3 different meals, each being packaged in its own separate paper bag. Sounds like maybe not a big deal but its superhelpful when passing out the food, especially in our vehicle, so thanks for thinking of that! I had the double this time, itwas so good! Dropped in for a quick bite and was super delighted I made this stop. Reviews makes a huge difference these days and these guys... deserves the recognition. While waiting in line, the gentlemen in front received great customer service. The same was for me.Great energy, respectful and fast service. As for the burger, boy was it tasty and juicy. First impression was the greeting by the very friendly staff with a smile, then you notice the clean and well organized waiting... area. The order was taken very promptly and courteous. The goods...this is one of the best places for burgers and fries. Thefries were golden brown, lightly crisped on the outside and hot sweet potato flavour inside. Not greasy at all. Then theburger, very juicy beef patty, excellent beef taste, star of the show, no unnecessary sauces, and then arguably the make orbreak to a good burger is the fresh crisp lettuce. Great burger and worth a try for those close to any location. I've been to the Richmond Hill location multiple times and I will... say this is one of my top favourite burger joints. It was exciting to see a new location open and I went during the openingweekend. The location was packed and busy requiring a wait of over an hour which their online system told us about. The burgercame out as expected however the fries were cold and not up to par that I am expecting. Given the craziness of opening weekend,I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Read more
