We work in the office building and therefor have had many "meals" here... so we've been quite loyal and spent a lot of money... here are as company and as individuals. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. My company ordered a bunch of sandwiches forlunch for a team, and mine was communicated wrong to them (allergy was forgotten). The owners are incredibly stingy. Theyrefused to remake my order without me paying for it even though we just ordered a tray of food from them and do this often.another time a colleague was also 5 measly cents short of the bill and they made a point of saying "make sure you come back andpay for it". We're fed up with this place - we're polite guests, loyal, and appreciative - but this is just a joke. Also yourprices are very high for mediocre foods.... They don't seem to listen to client requests, when you ask for a specialty theyalways seem annoyed. I'm not surprised by the other reviews. Read more
Their high prices are no where near parallel to the quality of food, the food is bland and poorly made. I wish I could say their... customer service made up for their terrible food but unfortunately that's terrible as well. One specific lady is extremely rudeand distasteful to her customers, it's sad how much business they lose just from bad customer service. I will never spendanother dime in there and actively advise others to follow suit. Read more
Good for grabbing a super quick lunch if you work in the building.
If I can give a 0 I would. These guys time and time again continue to disappoint . It seems as though the owner at cash likes to... continuously change the prices every time customers make a purchase. I had recently called him out on a order when he tried tocharge me an extra 25cents on a bottle of water that he had listed for 1.25 ... its not about the quarter its about theprinciple and being unethical. The workers are understaffed and it is evident when lunch hits. Another example is when I hadordered a breakfast sandwich (prices again increased..) and I was asked what I wanted on it. Makes me feel really uncomfortablewhen Im deciding what to put on my sandwich ownership is staring at me as if I'm fresh live stock waiting to be hunted. It mademe feel uncomfortable and I will never be going back there again. Especially since they tried to charge me for asking for 1tomato on my breakfast sandwich. Let say the entire office is defiantly not going back and we will purposely go out of our wayto not go back here. Especially since its in an office building. Read more
