I love this place and their pizzas. They make very authentic Persian pizza just like how it’s done in Iran. Their restaurant... is very cute with very nice decorations. They don’t have a bathroom though. While their Persian pizza is to die for I don’trecommend buying anything other than their pizza. We bought wings and a felafel and they were both pretty dry and tasteless.It’s understable though because it is a pizza place and that’s what they specialize in. Staff are nice. Prices are a littlehigher than other places but most of the time the portion is as well. But for example it was 8.99 for 5 pieces of dry wingswhereas it was 20.99 for a vegetarian pizza I believe 10 inches and it very filling. Two people can get easily full on thatpizza. My best recommendation is if you’re going just buy the pizza and not the other items. Read more

Perfect tasting food. Large portions for the price, which isn’t too bad mind you, esp in today’s inflation-age. About $20... foot long sun sandwich , loaded with tremendous flavours. & don’t mind the negative comments some people lose their mind/ overthe most petty things. Full Disclosure: I am not Iranian. I’m 100% Canadian. But my Iranian wife one time unbeknownst to memade me try their tongue and brain sandwich, under the guise that it was a beef lovers sandwich. Which I would never have agreedto in all honesty, but has since become my #1 Sandwich. We order from them at least 2-4 times per month. We can’t get over howtasty their food is. Small and cozy place with a nostalgic ambience. They offer a great variety of Persian-style pizza, foot-long sandwiches, burgers... and pizza sandwiches. During lockdown, they offer takeout and delivery and you also can order through DoorDash and UberEats. We ordered "Chicken Mushroom Pizza" and "Beef Lovers Pizza". Cottage pizza and sandwich is such an unassuming place with big taste and big portions! The flavour is just blowing my mind with... that distinct deli meat taste you get from Persian sandwiches! The burger had this ginormous bun that encased the burger and itssauciness with one of the slices of salami embedded into the top of the bun! This place is definitely a gem along the yongestreet north York corridor! The service was amazing as we walked in about a half hour to closing and was still met with greatservice!
