Ordered a matcha red bean milk tea with another drink and right after we payed for it I asked hey could I also add Boba in the... matcha one as I forgot before I payed. I even offered to tap again but she asked if they could do that and to her coworker andhe rudely responded no we can not do that than explained annoyingly that we can't tap under a dollar. Customer service is rudeand not a very pleasant experience or environment. I was forced to take the drink I didn't want. As for customer service theycould have offered to refund or even cancel the order however she went on to the next person in line rudely not giving me asecond to cancel or speak about not wanting the drink. Doesn't look good on coco where their employees are giving off a hostileand rude environment for customers. Read more

Ordered one drink and waited for at least 30mins and still didn't get my drink even though there's at least 4 staffs working,... when I asked one staff, they told me they don't have roasted tea anymore....Why don't you let the customer know then?? Do youjust assume customers will wait this long? The staffs are either incompetent or the management is bad, I waited 35mins for onedrink this is ridiculous, worst Coco I've ever been to. Read more

Don't know how this store operates. On a Tuesday afternoon my order took 20 minutes for 2 drinks. 1 girl came after me and she... got her drink before I did. The store only had 2 staffs. 1 in the back and 1 making drinks. What a terrible experience everytime I come here. Read more

I really enjoy getting bubble tea from this place. The quality is good and it?s very close to me so it?s my go to when I don?t... want to drive far. Certain times of the day can be very busy. I regularly see huge groups of people line up to purchase drinks.And they always have a dozen drinks on the counter for pickup or delivery services. Suffice to say they are sometimes swampedand you may have to wait a bit for drinks. Especially in the afternoon. So the wait times other reviewers are talking about canbe a real concern Read more

First time here, was excited but that quickly faded. My Taro mike tea wasn?t to bad, but I know that pearls/ tapioca aren?t... suppose to be hard in the center which leaves me to suspect they were undercooked. Basic service, nothing special. Read more
