I ordered through uber eats and when I got the food it looked good until I ended up with a non food item in my mouth. The... texture was like a cloth towel/rag and I immediately spat it out. And to no surprise at all it looked like it was a rag,possibly even mop strands. I put a complaint through the uber app. I also called the restaurant to notify them and the ladytold me to call uber and hung up on me. No empathy, no apology. I called them back and asked about the next steps she told mecall uber they're too busy if not come down to them to show my food for a replacement. This lady was rude and condescending. It's such a shame as I grew up eating from this restaurant, my family has been coming to this location for more than 15 years. There was a point when they would just punch in our order once they saw my mom and brother as we always got the same things.After this I don't think I'll be back. Read more

Awful. I ordered one Beef and Triple mushrooms with thick noodles and I wanted to add shrimp. When I got my order it was without... beef and thin dry noodles and just 4, 5 shrimps on it. Just dry noodles and dry noodles and dry noodles. This is the secondtime they had done this. Now I decided to share my bad experiences with other. You know the price was so high $16.89. I've passed by this place for years and tonight I decided to finally give it a go. The only thing I was craving was chicken... fried rice. Simple, right? I even called ahead of time and ordered over the phone. The lady on the phone sounded like she wasyelling at me. All I told her was, please no onions. Again, simple, right? I got my order and came home excited to eat it.Opened the box and my disappointment was real. This is the saddest chicken fried rice I have ever seen. Barely any colour, drychicken, no flavour. No egg, no peas and carrots. But guess what it had, onions!!!! The only thing I asked not to include. Incase you may think the lady misheard me over the phone, the receipt also said "no onions" on it. So just tasteless rice, drychicken and onions.... Wow. If you can't get something as simple as fried rice right, I don't think it's a place I'll be comingback to. I hope my review along with others will help the owners make some changes. I ordered Combo 4 which was Egg roll, diced beef with vegetables, and fried rice bit what I got was vegetables with 6 thin and... small slices of beef and lots of rice. Taste was ok. It's not worth it. Read more
