I came in with my niece and nephew the other night and saw a large group who hadn't ordered anything (there were no drinks and... everyone was just on their phones) but were sitting in the dining area. Taking up the entire dining area, I was going to ask ifI could at least just borrow one chair but they just glared at me rudely so I didn't bother. The customer service is the worst, and for sure derserve no star at all. Both of the staffs were extremely rude, we came in... around 9:45 with a group of 10 and sit in the dine-in areas and tried to figure out what drinks to order, then about 5mins, oneof the staff came to us and ask if we were going to order and we will need to leave at 10:30pm (store hours close at 11pm) withextremely rude attitude (eyes rolled, tone of voice, slamming door). everything would be fine and we would be happy to leave at10:30pm if her attitude wasnt rude. i still got confused how we got treated that way, and go on the google reviews to see manypeople experienced the same things, wonder if that was the store?s standards, because some reviews have been awhile but seemlike nothing changed at all, the attitude is still there. Fast service. Clean environment. Accessible from CF Don Mills. They also sells other stuff not just drinks but also, cheese... tarts and slices of cakes. There were too many flavours to choose from. No dine ins yet (ofcourse) Read more
