Girl with dyed blonde hair working on Friday October 21st 2022 at 11:30PM has a really bad attitude and is rude to everyone and... didn?t even give us our order number. Please don?t work in customer service if you cannot be a kind person, it takes $0 to be akind person. In addition, every time I come to this location it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get drinks because workerslike to slack off. Read more
The customer service is great but the drinks are terrible. Their taro bubble tea always tastes powdery or too chunky. Brown... sugar bubble tea is at times watery. It seems hit or miss. Read more
Forgot to put grass jelly in one order and mango slush was mostly ice with little flavor, and the straws were to small making it... very difficult to drink. Read more
Visited this location Jul 2nd 2022 and was very disappointed. The tapioca was in lumps and very hard to chew! Tast like it was... left overnight from the previous day. Read more
I was very pleasantly surprised with this location! My wife usually gets bbt from here when we worked nearby pre-pandemic and... since we were going to a friends place nearby, stopped in. First off, I got to try their holiday drink the espresso brown sugarpearls with milk tea crema, which is a mouthful to say, but a really nice amd strong espresso flavour comes through in the drinkwhich was nice Secondly, the service was really good too! Got mine and my two friends drinks, a total of 8 drinks in less than5 mins! Talk about wow! And would love to see this holiday drink hit the regular menu! The best bbt in town.. Although I've tried so many brands I find myself going back to these guys the most. Their original bbt... tea with tapioca is the real deal. Super creamy and beautifully brewed tea. Love at every sip. Read more
