Food tasted pretty good, but their mild option was very spicy. Idk if it was the pulled pork or a specific sauce but it was... definitely not mild. They didn?t give any napkins with the burrito, which obviously lead to a mess on the table. Once I askedfor napkins they gave me brown paper towel which spread the mess more. You have to leave your name and phone number to order. Soprobably expect them to sell your information. Read more
Love their Burritos here in general but sometimes it seems they come a bit short on the meat unfortunately. The flavour is... usually very good but when there is very little meat it kinda dampers the experience. Read more
Honestly my experience was not as bad as some reviews. Solid food, generous portions (except for the meat) at reasonable prices.... Taking your time to scoop something does not mean it's going to be a generous portion. Service was speedy and the kitchen waswell manned. I ordered the pulled pork naked burrito. I found everything done well, including the pulled pork which was a bitwatery and not saucy as you'd expect. Despite it being take out the tempersture was just right too. Overall pretty good! Burrito Boyz is already one of the best tasting places to order from, but this location in particular had EXCELLENT customer... service starting from the phone call all the way to the attention to detail when topping the food. Its like a well oiled-machineand still having customers in mind during rush times. Very impressed. Read more
My wife and I went to this location and ordered a large steak burrito and a small shrimp burrito. Here is what was wrong with... our order: 1. Instead of a shrimp burrito, we found out when we got home that they gave us chicken. We called the location assoon as we found out and they told us "not to worry because they charged us for chicken and not the shrimp" after first tryingto blame us saying we ordered the chicken. My wife is pregnant and hungry, and was craving the shrimp burrito after a 12 hourshift at the hospital. When I said we weren't calling because the issue was the money, and that we didn't get the shrimp weordered, their response was, "oh ok" followed by silence. When I asked how this is going to be rectified, all I heard wasmumbling. It was clear that none of the five employees we saw there was capable or even cared to fix the situation. At thatpoint my wife couldn't take the hunger any longer and opted to eat the chicken burrito. 2. The chicken and beef were cooked tooblivion - dry and tasteless. Actually, the chicken had a bitter aftertaste that was not pleasant, probably from charring. 3.We always get a lot of the sauce options on our burritos. Myself, I got the xxx hot sauce. The burritos were dry and tastelessand we could only taste the rice and the lettuce. No flavour whatsoever. It was so bad we could barely get through half ofit. 4. The size between small and large is negligible, - when I saw how similar in size they were, I weighed them and the largewas only ~70g more. And that was all rice, not beef. We've been to burrito boyz at different locations for many years and we'vealways had a good experience. It's sad that the last few, both in-person and through Uber Eats have been abmissmal. Perhapsbetter training staff and upholding the original quality that many people love might fix this as we're definitely not going backanytime soon, which is truly disappointing to us. Read more
AVOID IT! Unfortunate. This place used to be great. Within the last 6 months it's been down hill. The new staff makes mistakes... every other order, food is burnt and quality and quantity of toppings vary every order. They lie about giving refunds when theymessed up orders and give "credit". Horrible experience. Used to buy here regularly. Never again. Read more
Friendly staff, fresh food, cleanest Mexican place I've been, and quality burritos for great value! Free parking above the... restaurant too. The staff was really nice, I brought a friend who had never had a burrito before with me to the restaurant. Theywalked them through the entire order, from picking the proteins to the toppings. The kitchen was very clean, the cook changedgloves properly, the floor was clean, the tables and seats were clean, the washroom was: everything was clean. Best Burrito Boyzexperience so far!
