Absolutely love Burger King! I have to say it's hands down way better than McDonald's. Their burgers are huge and juicy. I tried... the roadhouse burger for the first time and I think it might just be my new favourite burger. Will definitely be going backagain to have it one more time. Read more

Today I ordered a chicken for 3 bundle. The sprite was simple soda water and the food was so dry and had a very bitter taste... from the old oil they use to cook. Worst experience ever!! Not worthy for the money I spent? Such a disappointment. Don?t adviseto anyone Read more

The food tastes like every other burger king. That is the absolute best thing to be said about this location. Staff is awful... (seemingly both afraid of and absolutely above serving customers at the same time somehow), service is slow, and they constantlymess up orders to the point it seems insane. The only thing keeping this place here is that the drive thru is open late. Just goto the wendys down the block or the burgers priest up Dufferin. You'll save in time and taste what you might feel in slightprice difference. Read more

Newer BK location with the standard workings of any fast food franchise. This location did appear to be quite clean and... organized. Quality of whoppers that we ordered were decent but poutine wasn?t very appetizing as the fries tasted freezer burnt.Our side order of onion rings were also over cooked. However the service was friendly and staff worked efficiently to carry outorders. Not bad. Read more

Went in for take-out, restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly, good service. Food was good, but only semi hot. The... fries were on the cool side and a little dry, but still edible. Willing to give them another shot. Would still go again. Read more

Staff at the drive thru were hoping to deceive me by giving me items that I did not order. I checked it once I received it and... called them out on it, and they lied right to my face. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Managementand franchise owners do not care at all about this practise. Contacted BK Corporate and their response was to try and extort meby forcing me to register in their app. Bad business practises flow from the top and they have definitely filtered down to thefranchises. I understand times are tough, and I have the utmost respect for people who work at fast-food restaurants, but the customer... service here is really atrocious. I waited in line for over 10 minutes before my order was taken. The food tasted fine, but it?spresentation was bad (I don?t have high expectations for fast-food, so if I?m mentioning it?it?s because it was lower than myexpectations.) Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the place was bad, it smelled bad inside, the garbages were overfilled, therewas ice all over the floor from the drink dispenser and every single table had food on the table and seats, and they weresticky. If you?re going to remain in business please improve your customer service and really address the issues I?ve mentioned,otherwise customers won?t return. Read more

We're on drive thru. After waiting long time, we came first window to pay. We asked for a different bill when we ordered. But... worker said " I can't make, you'll one bill. " He say " I'll not make separate". We asked to him ? Why you so mad? He still says" ONE BILL" . Today lost 2 customers. No more, never ever. Read more
