This location has been here since 1996. The food is usually fresh. I'm writing this review as a warning that you will be... hassled (more often at night) in the drive thru by panhandlers. The "Toronto Plaza Hotel", has brought down our area in such away that it may not recover. Read more
I used a drive-through at Burger King today. I've only eaten Burger King hamburgers for years. But today was really unpleasant.... I asked them to change it to honey mustard sauce instead of ketchup, but they want me to pay for it. Other stores have alwayschanged it. Can't beat the 2 for $8 Whoppers! This location does a nice char on the burgers that adds a great flavor. Drive thru set up is... horrible but it's an old location. Staff is excellent. Watch out for the homeless people at the speaker box! ???? Read more
Extremely sloooooooooow service. No one clean the floor and tables. We did a mobile order (no options to customize your meals),... waited for over 20 minutes to get the meals as they would not refund my money! Lots of people came in and left without orderingbecause they saw how slow the staff were and how many people stuck in front waiting for their orders. Our meals finallycame...I asked for napkins and got 2 pieces for 2 meals. Asked for a small cup of water, all the girl said was 25 cents. Nosorry for keep you waiting, no lids, no napkins, no ketchup, no straws by the drink station. One would think at least the foodwould be fresh since we waited for this long. Wrong!!! We got almost cold burgers and barely cooked fries. My 3 year old nephewcould do a better job putting the burgers together. Absolutely no love! While waiting, we saw people got their $1 icecream....1/3 the size of McD. This has to be the worst BK we have ever visited. Will not go back again. Read more
Nice people, drive through is reasonable for timing. Love the food. The food always seems fresh. I went here on boxing Day and... this time I went into the restaurant to take out food. It seems to me the drive-thru is faster than going into the restaurantthis time. For where it's located it seems quite busy most times I go here. Read more
Food great like any other burger king. Service good. The place is dirt. It is a mess when I go to eat there it's nasty the... tables are not clean under the tables are not clean the floor not clean. It kind of ruins my meal so I wish that was different. Read more
