I got food poisoning! Diners' beware. I visited the mall Sunday Oct 30th. I wanted to grab a quick dinner. I hadn't eaten all... day and didn't feel like cooking. The following day I was weak and nauseous. I had all the symptoms of food poisoning (If youknow what I mean). I called the store to inform them about my situation. They said thank you and that was it! There was noattempt at rectifying the situation. No offer for refund or anything! Customer relations needs to be improved. Read more
The guy working here is so not good. I went there first time and I bought COMBO 1 which cost is $12.29+Tax and he charged me... $18. He took advantage of my first visit as I mentioned him when I was deciding my food. Not Indian sttle food tho. I will nevergo there. Read more
I won?t give them less than 5 star.. First i would like to mention they are such a friendly polite staff, without any exception.... Very generous, their portions is more than enough for 1 person, and whatever u ask for extra sauce, they give u free and verywelcoming manner. All-time favourite take out restaurant in malls. The servings are always generous. I always buy their combo: 1 meat and 1... vegetable+ rice. I have tried many of their dishes: green beans, plantains, mixed vegetables, mashed potato, bourbon chicken,spicy chicken, Louisiana chicken, and many more. They always have a great food selection. THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I was waiting in the line for about ten minutes. The lady with gasses said I was not... in the line and asked me to go back waiting again for another ten minutes. The customer behind me literally told her that I waswaiting in front of them, but she just ignored me and ask them what they wanted to order. The way she said is super rude and sheeven rolled her eyeballs to me when I didn?t even say anything. I was speechless. I asked her coworker (the cashier) about themanager?s contact number or email address. They looked at each other and refused to give me the contact number. Then the rudelady stared at me like the way she was going to eat me, then started yelling to other customers that I was wrong and startedtalking trash about me with the maintenance guy with black shirt in mandarin. They probably assume I didn?t know what they weretalking about, but I understand everything. I am so disappointed and traumatized by the customer service. Been here twice now and love the food. It's classic westernized chinese food and it tastes good. When i had it in montreal... though, they had an option on their menu for a combo of just meat and vegetables (without rice/noodle of all combos). I couldntfind it here unfortunately. This is an Uber Eats review more so and I found that the portion size is much smaller this way. The whole shtick of Bourbon... street was that it was a pretty good deal in the mall where they seem to stack the plate for a reasonable price. The Uberdelivery price seems a bit higher and you get less food than what I remember so the value doesn?t seem as good for delivery.Food was decent but nothing special and since the quantity is less and the price is higher I don?t think I?ll be ordering fromthem via Uber again unfortunately.
