If your taste buds have low standards for bland, cheaply prepared food then this place is definitely for you.
Not impressed with this store, at this location. Quality of food was totally different, than the one at Fairview Mall, that got... higher ratings from me. Serving lady was trying to accommodate my eating choices, when a gent from the kitchen, arrived to thefront and changed all dynamics. The worst Bourbon Street Grill location I have been to. I got order to a guy who listened, ignored me and went to the back. Only... 2 kinds of vegetables were available, broccoli and some leftover green beans that looked like mush. Bourbon chicken treatednothing like what it's supposed to and was wet in half a cup of some watery liquid (can't call it a sauce). At checkout I gave a$20 bill, the woman put it in the register and walked away. Perhaps this was absent mindedness. When called she gave me back$10. To be picky, the price of combo 1 is 8.79 so with tax it should come out to 9.93. Seems like they take an unannounced 6cent tip. They charged the customer before me the same 9.99 amount. It's not the 5 cents that matters, but rather that they feelit's ok to skim off the top. Read more

Worst food ever, I get bourbon all the time at stc (Scarborough town center) and today I decided since this location was closer... to my home I?d got here worst food I have ever had , no flavour to and thing and the chicken was dry as hell never again will Iwaste my time at this location Read more
