They should put a sign up that says no juices for the last 1-2 hours. Too many people disappointed each time im there between... 7-9. Owner maybe too cheap? pay the staff an extra 30 mins AFTER closing to clean the machine... Read more
Always a great outing for kids to change it up. Healthier then ice cream but who doesn't like ice cream too.
Terrible location, my bill was $29 and I went to pay with a $50... and they said they don't have change for that... ? ....... really you don't have a $20 bill and a loonie.... and then she deiceded to tell me she couldn't take the cash afterwards....Thanks for wasting my time... please talk to staff about accepting bills as legal tender... instead of treating someone as if itwas illegal to pay with cash?! :( Read more
This is absolutely ridiculous. And false advertisement the menu says fresh bananas, but you guys gave me frozen bananas on top... of the smoothie bowl frozen bananas that look rotten. That have been in the freezer for about a year.I will never purchase fromyou guys again.I tried to give you guys a second chance and this is what I get. The only reason that I took this is because Ihad my sunglasses on while exiting and I didn?t notice this until I was already in my car. lesson Learned I will not bereturning to any location ever! Walked in and saw the Asian guy with the black-framed glasses and a buzz-cut on his phone, received no greeting upon walking... into the store. He didn't hear my order the first time because he was so zoned out, I don't even know what he was on. Had torepeat it again since apparently I'm not fluent in English. Got my juice and there was dead silence from when I walked up to thecounter and out of the store. Hate writing bad reviews but it had to be done since these guys have zero customer experiencewhatsoever. Very disappointed. You guys need to fix up. Read more
Place is really clean and doesn?t smell gross which is always a plus, the smoothies are great tasting and great consistency as... well, and the wraps are a good size. The staff are also nice. Would definitely come back here. Read more
