Service rating for Blaxx food five-star customer service five star serving portion five star. The owner very friendly came out... to have a conversation with use made me get samples to taste the food before I got my order. I visit Blaxx for dining in andtakeout and I also went there on a Saturday night for just a little ladies night out, dancing and eating and drinking and laidout on the town but if you ever get a chance hit him up a great guy nice place for a chill spot date night you know. I walked in and nobody greeted me. There were 2 men sitting at the bar on their phones. After a bit, one of them asked me what I... wanted. They started arguing with me and I walked out. I am a regular at this establishment and not once or twice have you cancelled on me without any notice. Today I had a delivery... that was delivered to the wrong address but I love the food so I ordered the same again and you cancelled on me. Nevermind the Hennessy guys lol .I ordered on skip . Let me just say anytime I order food from anywhere it’s warm. This food... was HOT , like just made. Such a wonderful hidden gem! This is a great place to go if you want to chill, if you want to have a good meal, and if you want... enjoy good company in a great atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, the food is amazing, and the vibe is so relaxed. At night,this place comes alive with people from across the City. Sometimes there's karaoke (which I love)! Best part about this place isknowing that the food is consistent and authentic. No matter what you order, you are guaranteed to enjoy your food, and get areally good portion size.
