Rude staff. Ignored my girlfriend when she was trying to ask a question about their hot chocolate. They gave it to us without... telling us we had to stir it so we were confused as it tasted like plain milk. She went back to ask about it but staff looked ather then completely ignored her. It wasn’t until she had to raise her voice where they finally answered her. How do you expectus to know we had to stir it when most places serve hot chocolate that we can drink straight out of the cup. Do better. Read more

Was a bit of a wait and limited seating and is definitely a bit pricey but latte and smoothies are good. First told me didn't... have mixed berry and then gave it to me. People try to come and sit in the area without ordering something. Read more

Horrible service and it is not the staff’s fault. They only have one person to serve the wave of customers they get after... five. Just now I waited for 30 mins for one coffee and a pastry, never got it and the cashier was so caught up with orders, minewas nowhere near to be fulfilled . Initially there was a big line up and only one active attendant; the other one was busy eating. The mocha which we ordered was... poorly made; all the cacao powder was settled at the bottom; when it was pointed out to the attendant she got very defensive andsaid we are supposed to do that. Poor attitude, absolutely no sense of customer service. Two girls who looked like they didnt even want to be there, were more... interested in talking with each other in Punjabi, than pay attention to waiting customers. This is the worst Aroma location. They didn't have all menu items. The food was served in plastic containers and plastic... cutlery. It took a long time to prepare the food and they didn't have cups for the aroma lemon water. Not coming here next time. Read more

Aroma coffee at Fairview Mall is great when you want to take a break from shopping. It is located at the center of the mall on... lower floor. I have been here several times, just sitting with my brewed coffee with oat milk, I add cinnamon to it and I amenjoying the mall traffic go by. They used to give one bite small chocolate with coffee, this time they gave a small biscuit,crunchy and delicious. Their coffee is always fresh.
